KICK-OFF SESSION

Innovation is the Variable. You are the Constant: How Leaders Stabilize Their Authority, Shape the Future of Their Industry, and Manifest Lasting Success Featuring Tanya Geisler As automation, artificial intelligence, and “smart buildings” continue to transform the facility solutions industry, leaders are often told they must constantly adapt, innovate faster, and push harder just to keep up. In the midst of this rapid evolution, many professionals experience an all-too-familiar challenge—the Imposter Complex—questioning whether they truly belong at the forefront of change. |

In this powerful keynote, leadership expert Tanya Geisler reframes the conversation. While technology, trends, and market demands may be the variables, the true constant in any evolving industry is the leader themselves.
Drawing on her signature ICONIC leadership framework, Tanya will explore how leaders can stabilize their authority, align their leadership identity with their ambitions, and confidently navigate an industry that is still actively being shaped. Participants will gain insight into how embracing their own leadership presence—not just chasing the next innovation—can become the foundation for lasting impact and success.
The keynote will transition into an engaging interactive workshop where attendees will reflect on how they may be overextending themselves in response to industry change. Through guided discussion and practical exercises, participants will identify meaningful leadership shifts they can implement immediately to strengthen their influence and resilience.
Attendees will leave the session feeling reinvigorated about their leadership journey and equipped with a practical framework to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose—no matter how the industry continues to evolve.
Tanya Geisler is an international keynote speaker and Canada’s foremost authority on the Imposter Complex, as well as the architect of the Trailblazer Phenomenon™. For nearly two decades, she has led the conversation on self-doubt in high-performing leaders, challenging the assumption that imposter feelings signal weakness or lack of readiness. Her work reframes doubt as a natural response to growth, particularly for the Onlys, the Firsts, and those leading without precedent. Through her ICONIC Framework™, Tanya equips leaders to anchor authority in identity, integrity, and decisive action, allowing them to expand without self-abandonment and lead with grounded confidence.
She has coached thousands of executives, founders, and changemakers and has spoken to audiences across corporate, association, and entrepreneurial stages worldwide.
Tanya pairs psychological insight with strategic clarity and delivers it with warmth, wit, and direct candour that cuts through noise and lands with precision. Her keynotes move beyond surface-level confidence advice and into the deeper dynamics shaping leadership visibility, influence, and power at senior levels. She has a rare ability to name what leaders are experiencing in real time, creating relief, clarity, and momentum in the room.

CHARITABLE SERVICE PROJECT
![]()
During this year’s ISSA Hygieia Networking and Leadership Conference in Toronto, attendees will have the opportunity to support a meaningful Service Project benefiting the Daily Bread Food Bank, one of the city’s largest organizations fighting hunger.
Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to help stock the shelves for families across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) facing food insecurity.
The need for food has never been greater. In fact, recent reports show that more than one in 10 Torontonians now rely on food banks, with over 4.1 million food bank visits recorded in the past year alone – a dramatic increase driven by rising food prices, housing costs, and economic pressures. Food bank usage in Toronto alone has surged more than 300% since before the pandemic, and demand continues to climb as more working families, seniors, and newcomers struggle to make ends meet.
By contributing even a few non-perishable items, conference attendees can make a real impact to help ensure that neighbours in need have access to nutritious food and remind those facing hardship that their community stands with them.
Specific items required:
- Canned Fruits and Vegetables
- Canned Tomatoes (whole, diced, crushed)
- Oatmeal
- Nut Butter (almond, peanut)
- Canned Fish (tuna, salmon, sardines)
- Baby food / formula
- Pasta
If you wish to make a financial contribution, donations can be made directly to Daily Bread Food Bank through this link.
Together, the ISSA Hygieia community can turn leadership into action and make a meaningful difference for thousands of individuals and families across the GTA.
COST?
- ISSA Canada Members — $135.60 (HST included)
- Non-Members — $180.80 (HST included)
